Terms & Conditions – Sanlabs

By engaging with Sanlabs’ services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Sanlabs provides:

  • Graphic Design
  • Digital Marketing
  • Website Development
  • App Development

Project details will be outlined in a separate proposal or service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% down payment of the total project value is required upon agreement confirmation.
  • Work will commence only after the down payment has been received.
  • The remaining balance must be settled prior to final delivery or go-live, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Project Cancellation

  • If the client cancels the project after the down payment has been made, 30% of the total project value will be retained as a cancellation and resource allocation fee.
  • Any remaining balance may be refunded proportionally based on the work progress completed.

4. Service Models

Sanlabs offers two types of engagement models:

  1. Rental / Subscription Model

    Clients use the system or service under a recurring payment agreement for a specified contract duration.

  2. b. Full Ownership Model (Buy-Out)

    Clients complete full payment and obtain usage rights according to the agreed project scope.

5. Intellectual Property 

Ownership and usage rights of deliverables will be determined based on the selected service model (rental or buy-out) and specified within the project agreement. 

6. Revisions & Scope Changes 

Revisions are subject to the terms stated in the project proposal. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges. 

7. Amendments 

Sanlabs reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the official website.
